💧 Custom Water Cooling System Maintenance
A custom liquid cooling system (Custom Loop) delivers top-tier thermal performance and striking aesthetics, but it requires rigorous periodic maintenance. Residue build-up, fluid degradation, or worn gaskets can compromise cooling efficiency and put your components at risk.
The ITDCW specialists provide complete maintenance and technical servicing for Custom Loop systems (hard or soft tubing), restoring your system’s thermal efficiency and flawless day-one appearance.
🔹 What does the maintenance service include?
- 1. Loop Draining & Flushing: Safe removal of old coolant and flushing the loop with specialized solutions to clear away any deposits or residue.
- 2. Component & Water Block Cleaning: Deep cleaning of CPU/GPU water block micro-fins, radiators, and reservoirs.
- 3. Leak Inspection & Seals Check: Inspecting fittings, tubing, and replacing worn or damaged O-rings.
- 4. Refill with Fresh Coolant & Bleeding: Refilling with premium-grade fluid (anti-corrosive/anti-algae) and bleeding all air bubbles from the loop.
- 5. Leak Testing (24h Pressure/Leak Test): Rigorous seal checking to ensure 100% safety before powering up the motherboard.
- 6. Stress Testing & Thermal Monitoring: Full-load stress testing to validate flow rates and thermal performance under heavy usage.
💡 Why is regular maintenance recommended?
- Prevents fluid leaks caused by degraded gaskets and O-rings.
- Keeps temperatures low by clearing clogs from micro-channels.
- Protects the water pump from premature wear and tear.
- Restores visual clarity and pristine aesthetics to the coolant and tubing.
⏱️ ITDCW Technicians’ Recommendation:
Performing loop maintenance is recommended once every 12–18 months (or more frequently when using opaque/pastel fluids) to ensure flawless operation and long-term protection for your high-end PC components.
